GBGosite sucked from the initial Gosite sucked from the initial. It's unbelievable how incompetent and untrustworthy they where am I situation. They changed me every month for 90 days ( got my money back from bank ) for doing absolutely nothing. They got my account suspended with Google and kept it that way for 7 months w t f without any contact to me in regards to my listing, just billing department trying to get money? For what? Had me request my Google card, then wouldn't except it, had to do it myself, which anyone could do. I gave them many opportunities to resolve issue, I was denied the services they claim to offer due to total neglect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these ass clowns they are not able or reliable. A WAIST OF TIME!

GBThey are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop… They are a JOKE....they wouldn't stop bothering me, calling daily, but when I wanted to cancel I received NO response except the one email saying they couldn't get their payment from me! They used MY website and took off the best parts! Waste of money. I haven't had ANY additional business from them whatsoever, not even one call. My answering service is still blinking 1. The line I set up to test go site. I think I'll stick with my other advertising strategy. I was promised I would see a huge difference in business picking up,

GBJust a horrible company, go somewhere else. Currently working with a client to transfer their website over into their own solution. Their domain name was registered through GoSite and when asked to unlock to have it transferred, they threw a tantrum about doing so and threatened not to release the client's domain!! This is incredibly BAD for any company to do! They finally released it after a bunch of back and forth. But now it is a satuday and their is an error showing in regard to an Invalid SSL Certificate, which is on their end (has to be updated due to the domain transfer) and they are nowhere to be found. Client's website has already been down for over 48 hours due to this nonsense. Should've been a seamless transfer, but this is what happens when you work with shady companys. Do your research people!

GBVery Disappointed Customer (Current) Current customer- terrible service and very disappointed . I was really rooting for this business but it has been nothing but a complete nightmare. They have not delivered on one single promise or service they advertise. Mounds of mishandled commitments and poor follow through makes me regret my decision to work with this business. Going on 6 months and my account is still not fully set up and the listings (or lack thereof) is still missing a lot of my business information. Speaking with their support is pointless; they give more commitments but no follow through. Also, they speak to you with so little care, regard and concern; no empathy. You ask to speak to mgmt and are denied. Not the experience I was hoping to have or the service (or lack thereof) I expected to receive.
