Disappointed with Customer Service and Product - Seeking Immediate Resolution I recently purchased AI Professional Headshots from Pixocial Technology and have been incredibly disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I had specific requirements regarding the appearance of my headshots—particularly with the styling of my hair and beard. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet these expectations. To make matters worse, customer support has been less than helpful. I've reached out multiple times via email and even tried to utilize their website’s Chat support, which seems to be non-functional. I was advised to report the issue through their app, but the supposed 'Report a Problem' feature is nowhere to be found. At this point, I am seeking either: An immediate resolution by receiving new headshots that meet my original requirements. A full refund for my order. I hate to resort to public forums to resolve issues, but the lack of effective communication from Pixocial Technology leaves me with little choice. I hope this review prompts an urgent and appropriate response to resolve the issues I've encountered.

For $5, this was money well spent. I paid about $5 for 5 headshots, all wearing a white shirt in a park (no option to change at this price). One of them was a flattering, realistic version and I will definitely use this on my promotional material. The rest looked like imaginary twin brothers, which I will send to my friends and family to mess with their minds.

I uploaded photos for the AI… I uploaded photos for the AI professional headshot and paid. What came back were images with a woman with long brown hair (mine is shoulder length and blonde) and a face that looks nothing like mine. I have submitted a help request but no reply. Awful

Absolute scam Absolute scam. Photo's are horrible. Apparently you're also not supposed to upload photo's with other people in them. They don't respond to anything either

Terrible I uploaded 17 photos, and they created a completely different person. TERRIBLE. I am almost platinum blonde, and they gave me brown hair. I wear the same glasses in every shot and they couldn't even duplicate a plastic frame correctly.
