DO NOT USE DO NOT USE! Everything they claim they are is false. I sent $1190.00 expecting a website and a logo. They stated they were 100% money back guarantee but I have yet to receive my return after realizing this crew new nothing about design nor building web sites. I explained what I wanted in detail (practically designing the ideas myself) and they still came back with cookie cutter/google searched ideas that I could have completed myself on any "do it yourself" web design sites. After several attempts of explaining exactly what I wanted they never seemed to create a finishing product that I was even remotely happy with. I then asked for my money to be returned because we were wasting each others time. I even stated, "keep a couple hundred for our wasted time". I was told that would not happen since they are 100% money back guarantee and that my money would be returned. After weeks of asking about my money I received an email stating that they were out of office and when returned on Monday $700- $800 would be returned to my credit card. Allowing plenty of time for money to be returned and realizing this was not happening, I text and emailed again requesting my money. I would receive excuses as to "I am out of the office, I had a family emergency, I am on vacation". When I wrote my final letter to the company and everyone involved that I will pursue other actions if my money is not returned within 20 days, I received absolutely NO response. I have emails and texts to prove all of these transactions.

!!!SCAM ALERT!! !!!SCAM ALERT!!! They claim they have a 5-star Trustpilot score right on their front page. I ordered a website in May 2022. Every call, even if they claimed it was to "review materials" was simply them trying to bill me for something more. They also did my logo. As of Nov. 2023, I have yet to receive any documentation that says they actually got it trademarked despite them surprisingly charging a lot of extra money to do so. Now they're calling me and harassing me to pay them more in order for me to "keep" my logo that I already paid them for a year and a half ago. No one there speaks English as a first language, and their phone lines are very poor quality, which makes it even harder to understand what they're saying. They NEVER put anything in writing. No materials that cover what they will provide is ever emailed. They will only say things over the phone on a "SPAM" phone number. I had to redo my website elsewhere because the one they put together was very poorly done. Very awful experience.

I did a lot of research to find a great… I did a lot of research to find a great WordPress-focused development agency. Creative Design Crew popped up in a lot of different websites, and I looked through their portfolio and found that they were working with a few companies that we were familiar with. So, we decided to give them a try after they come up with amazing designs during the RFP process. The team was really hands-on and great about asking questions that we didn’t think of. Creative Design Crew created a really beautiful website. The team did what they were asked to do and more. The website was functional and popular. We had great statistics in terms of visits, as well as buy-in from executive leadership. The team also made it very easy for whoever was going to maintain the website, making it as user-friendly as possible on the backend.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! Don't use they file false charges and don't let you have your product you paid for, they say they have to file for a patent or trademark and overcharge for the application fee then never even file an application. They're a scam please don't use, you will regret it.

Terrible and harassing Long story short, I went through two “heads” sr. Business consultant and marketing head and then the Operational Manager. I was pitched something that I never got. I the was pitched some website idea I didn’t want and told them I didn’t want-which was then so pushy. After that I was ghosted until I emailed several times. Then he sent and email and tried to act like he sent an email a week prior. I asked for a refund and he kept calling BACK TO BACK TO BACK on several occasions when I was at work or late at night. Then I was ghosted again. So someone else came on and called literally three times in one minute on several occasions. So after the 4th request for a refund they called at night when I was putting my son down 6 times BACK TO BACK TO BACK. This is ridiculous. I still have nothing and no refund.
