Go somewhere else I Dont usually write reviews. They have an offer on their website that states it is $30 to have their designers make a logo for you. It also says that you will get 100% ownership. This is not the case. After you pay them, they send you a bunch of watermarked logos; in order to recieve your logo you have to submit an application that ends up costing $750 to fully protect your logo. They dont tell you this until you form your application and when you go to cancel they tell you it costs $150. Go to another site where they dont have hidden agendas!

I recently was scammed by them too!! I recently was scammed by them too!!! Very unprofessional, blew off meetings all the time, took days to respond to messages. Thank God my credit card company refunded me thousands back after months of stress. They took advantage of my naiveté by grossly overcharging me for a domain name. I completely wasted 3,200 K on something that I could have spent less than a 100 on. They were very pushy, and the times they were willing to talk were to sell me something else, and when I was hesitant gave me an attitude. In the beginning they pretend to be so supportive and excited for your ideas. Once you are not willing to pay more they start to ghost you. When I told them I was done, they then were texting, calling and harassing me. These people are evil, I hope people see all these reviews first before working with them, please don't!!

Alex I may have went to a different company or maybe shopped around a little more. BUT, Alex worked with me closely and was very attentive to helping me through revisions. He was on top of things and very passionate about helping me get the best even at times when I wasn't certain. I'd work with him again if I were asked too.

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE! Everything they claim they are is false. I sent $1190.00 expecting a website and a logo. They stated they were 100% money back guarantee but I have yet to receive my return after realizing this crew new nothing about design nor building web sites. I explained what I wanted in detail (practically designing the ideas myself) and they still came back with cookie cutter/google searched ideas that I could have completed myself on any "do it yourself" web design sites. After several attempts of explaining exactly what I wanted they never seemed to create a finishing product that I was even remotely happy with. I then asked for my money to be returned because we were wasting each others time. I even stated, "keep a couple hundred for our wasted time". I was told that would not happen since they are 100% money back guarantee and that my money would be returned. After weeks of asking about my money I received an email stating that they were out of office and when returned on Monday $700- $800 would be returned to my credit card. Allowing plenty of time for money to be returned and realizing this was not happening, I text and emailed again requesting my money. I would receive excuses as to "I am out of the office, I had a family emergency, I am on vacation". When I wrote my final letter to the company and everyone involved that I will pursue other actions if my money is not returned within 20 days, I received absolutely NO response. I have emails and texts to prove all of these transactions.

I unfortunately I had to change my review I have been working with Oliver, he help me to design my logo and website. I am updating my previous review. Everything that these guys promised me has not been fulfilled. They sold me on a $5000 hosting plan that was broken up into three different payment. I told them that I could not afford that and so what they did is a sold me social media marketing and guaranteed that they would get a $3000 to $5000 return on that. Stupidly I agree. When the post started I constantly had to send them back to be updated because there were misspellings and phrases that made no sense. Also, the images were not branded to my company. This is supposed to be a professional company. They keep hounding me to pay the other payment and I tell them I’m not paying anything until you guys produce what you promised that you would produce. so far it has been 3 1/2 months and I have not seen a penny from social media marketing. In 3 1/2 months they have gained 25 leads. I paid $2000 for social media marketing got a total of nine posts. I had to send each one of them back to be edited. I have had them start to build a website for a client and it has been almost a month and after finally pushing I got a rough draft. I also had them update another clients website and it took them close to a month and a half to make simple changes after constantly going back-and-forth. They even had a foreign language on my clients website. I’m pretty upset because I feel really taken advantage of and probably should have believed the more negative reviews. After confronting Oliver, with the fact that they did not follow through with what they promised to do, and they had all the screw ups that a professional marketing company should not have. He told me that he thinks we should part ways. Now I’m trying to get a hold of him, I’m not getting any return texts or calls. Only this is Oliver‘s associate. I hope that this team decides to make things right so that I can turn this back into a positive review. But until then, unfortunately I am forced into this position.
