I am totally disappointed I am totally disappointed, I came across this business through google search, I’m totally regretting, I’m dealing with Oscar Rodriguez, I told him that I only want the logo for now I don’t want registration, Oscar is very argumentative and not a good listener, I keep emailing him about giving me what I pay for, it’s almost a month and I have not received anything, I left voicemails and emails, I haven’t not received my products that I pay for.I have asked Creative design crew to refund my money, they have not returned my money but giving me the run around.I will never recommend this company to my dog not alone to any human being. They are scammers, up till now I’ve not received my money from them.

Creative Design Crew out of San Diego,Ca. are scammers Creative Design Crew out of San Diego California is a horrible Webpage design company!!! They are intentionally delaying my Website launch, trying to extort more money from me!!!!! Now I have to contact the FTC, the FBI computer fraud division, my attorney general, the sheriff and a half dozen other agencies to get a refund. When I contacted them, I was very upfront about my lack of Tech savvy and CLEARLY told them I want as little involvement in process as possible because I just do not understand the lingo, the process or the structure of the webpage. I just wanted a Webpage for my company to describe my services available to the public. During negotiations for the Logo & Website, it started out $399 for the logo and $5k for the website featuring videos of this and that, I clearly told them it was way out my budget, I just want a simple website, no video, not 25 pages. I am a very small company and do not wish to convey that I can take on massive projects, as I mostly work alone. Long story shortened, miraculously, the price went down to $325 for the Logo, which I am happy with, $1850 for the Website to which I was a bit disappointed with, but everything is getting more and more expensive, so I agreed. I clearly asked them if that was going to be the full price of the Website, to which he said yes it was. The next time I spoke to him, he was trying to extort me out of THOUSANDS more for domain fees & keyword searches, refusing a refund upon request. They never informed me of these charges in the negotiation process! I specifically asked if the $2175 is going to cover EVERYTHING!!!! To which he replied, YES! I flipped out and stated my case that I was told the full price was already negotiated and settled. I certainly could've handled it better, but I dearly despise being swindled and deceived!!! Now, my Web page is not looking like a reality, it has delayed me by months with the design company dragging its feet. I have no other choice to seek legal mean for a resolution!!!! I've asked again and again for the final draft for approval, all I received was the same one they sent me WEEKS ago, when I made a few correction requests. All that was needed to finish the final draft was to delete one picture mistakenly inserted to the photo array, swap out another with a more accurate depiction of my equipment. Insert the wording of services I already approved. I'm at my wits end and have no more patience with these clowns. PLEASE, SHARE THIS POST, GET THEM ALL OVER THE INTERNET, THEY ARE RIPPING OFF A LITTLE GUYS!!!!!!

Creative Design Crew popped up in a lot of different websites, and I looked through their portfolio and found that they were working with a few companies that we were familiar with. So, we decided to give them a try after they come up with amazing designs during the RFP process. The team was really hands-on and great about asking questions that we didn’t think of. Creative Design Crew created a really beautiful website. The team did what they were asked to do and more. The website was functional and popular. We had great statistics in terms of visits, as well as buy-in from executive leadership. The team also made it very easy for whoever was going to maintain the website, making it as user-friendly as possible on the backend.

Honestly this company is the worst i… Honestly this company is the worst i have ever worked with. they take your money and run. I paid for a full website package over $5,000 and have received nothing from them except demands for more money to complete the project. I have purchased web domain, 10 years of web hosting, commercial video, full website with web files, logo , buisness cards and letterheads. I haven't received anything and its been over 2 years. I just received a call from them today stating that to cancel and receive the work that they have done I would have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE on work that's been paid in full! stay away from this company!

I recently was scammed by them too!! I recently was scammed by them too!!! Very unprofessional, blew off meetings all the time, took days to respond to messages. Thank God my credit card company refunded me thousands back after months of stress. They took advantage of my naiveté by grossly overcharging me for a domain name. I completely wasted 3,200 K on something that I could have spent less than a 100 on. They were very pushy, and the times they were willing to talk were to sell me something else, and when I was hesitant gave me an attitude. In the beginning they pretend to be so supportive and excited for your ideas. Once you are not willing to pay more they start to ghost you. When I told them I was done, they then were texting, calling and harassing me. These people are evil, I hope people see all these reviews first before working with them, please don't!!
