Worst experience ever Worst experience ever, this was my 1st time using craigslist. After viewing many posts on dog adoptions I made a post to adopt a puppy from a breeder that might have special needs such that they won’t be euthanized. A customer service representative Ms. A. Lieber replied with a nasty email calling me a LOSER who can’t afford to care for a disabled dog, I’m guessing because I’m black I must be a pauper. My suggestion to craigslist is hire competent people who know how to be professional!!!

Poorly run company. Awful. They flag and remove legitimate postings constantly, thousands by the day, because their AI program is so stupid. Plus, they have thousands of loser trolls low-lifes online all day flagging ads that don't violate anything. These absolute scum of the Earth sit at home all day flagging whatever suits them, whatever they don't like, even if it doesn't violate TOS. Stupid company, stupid site, just pure cancer. Avoid.

Whoever who established Craigslist should be ashamed. They actually sold me a terrible device which was not even efficient and they also scammed me. Terrible Customer Service I've listed my stuff on CraigsList for a few years. In the last few weeks, they have removed my listings, for no good reason. I create posts to sell DVDs, but then they're immediately removed. The worse thing is that there's no way to contact a person there.
