I only wish they had a -0 star option I only wish they had a -0 star option. This has to be the worst site in the world with a non-existing customer support. They are charging you $5 for an ad to only cancel your account and ad to say you violated a rule when you haven't and collect your money. When you call the number provide, they leave you on hold for 5 minutes to only hang up on you. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE! They were only good when they were featuring their non-PG female ads. WHAT A JOKE OF A SITE!

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever, this was my 1st time using craigslist. After viewing many posts on dog adoptions I made a post to adopt a puppy from a breeder that might have special needs such that they won’t be euthanized. A customer service representative Ms. A. Lieber replied with a nasty email calling me a LOSER who can’t afford to care for a disabled dog, I’m guessing because I’m black I must be a pauper. My suggestion to craigslist is hire competent people who know how to be professional!!!

Whoever who established Craigslist should be ashamed. They actually sold me a terrible device which was not even efficient and they also scammed me. At first, I thought that Craigslist was an amazing company. But they are real liars and totally bad scammers. Whoever who established Craigslist should be ashamed.

Terrible Customer Service I've listed my stuff on CraigsList for a few years. In the last few weeks, they have removed my listings, for no good reason. I create posts to sell DVDs, but then they're immediately removed. The worse thing is that there's no way to contact a person there.
