Craigslist has really gone downhill… Craigslist has really gone downhill over the years. Postings get taken down for no reason. No customer support. I don't recommend this company.

Deserves a zero! Deserves a zero!! No accountability shown for a modern class classifieds listing. The company doesn't moderate or care about reports of scams which are WIDELY abundant on Craigslist. If you do buy in person then you best meet with the seller at a police station.. it's that bad! Stay clear!!!!!!!!!!

Help Forums are Just Trolls I posted a job wanted ad, and it was flagged and removed twice. I tried to find out why, using the help forums, but it's just a bunch of trolls telling me how stupid I am for trying to get a job and learn a new industry. The resume section is full of junk, including "lonely moms" but those posts don't get flagged. I seriously believe there are these people sitting around all day harassing people that are actually trying to better themselves.

Terrible Customer Service I've listed my stuff on CraigsList for a few years. In the last few weeks, they have removed my listings, for no good reason. I create posts to sell DVDs, but then they're immediately removed. The worse thing is that there's no way to contact a person there.
