I had an average experience with… I had an average experience with SaunaCloud.com. Their services were pretty middling and didn't really stand out as being anything spcecially good or bad. I found the website quite uninspiring and while the prices were okay, I wasn't impresed with the overall shopping exerience. I wouldnt say it was terrible, but I certianly wouldn't go back again either. Definately not a five star outing for me.

We could not be happier with our sauna… We could not be happier with our sauna or our experience with Chris. We truly felt like he was honest and forthright with the entire experience and directing us toward the sauna that best fit our needs. It felt like he cared more about us and why would benefit our health than the “sale.” It was great to have such a personal experience and feeling like someone cared especially in this day and age. The sauna is wonderful and Chris stands behind his products. I would definitely feel safe purchasing a sauna with Chris.

custom built a 2 person cedar sauna for… custom built a 2 person cedar sauna for my wife and i and the support from sauna cloud was excellent, especially on the electrical components. everything showed up as scheduled and we are now designing another one for our ski home. highly recommend them.

The top of the market brand and buying experience The top of the market brand - beautiful. Excellent service. For my selection and development of preferences, I did a ton of research, trials, and discussions with different brand offerings before deciding on the Sanctuary 1. I had been using a friend’s who also bought a Sanctuary 2 from Chris and referred me. Chris was super helpful and commutative in the process to dial me in. I even spoke with his dad who’s a veteran and works with Chris. Thank you for your service! Shipment to my state went well. Chris has followed up with me several times to ensure success. Don’t mess around and waste time. If you are thinking about a sauna, just go forward and Chris will get you what you want. An investment in your health and wellness that feels so great to be inside.
