A Relationship Saver I came across the Becoming One program in my search to find a way to improve my relationship. You even have the option of going through this program individually or together. I completed this course with my partner and it took us step by step to find a better communication tools that work for the both of us. This program taught me how to be more understanding of my partner’s emotions and needs. It also taught me how to better express myself so my partner would understand my emotions and needs. All around this program has significantly improved the communication in my relationship.
