CAI've had an sort of avarage experience… I've had an sort of avarage experience with Healthyline, nothing out of the ordinary. The proces of ordering was smooth enough, nver had too much trouble. I wsa mostly satisfied with the qulity of what I ordered. It's almost good, but not perfeect. I usually recieve my orders within the stated time, however on the few occasions that it took longer than expected, the customer service team was understanding and accommodating. All in all, not a bad experience, but nothing speical either.

GBGreat and Flawless Customer Service Just ordered my Taj mat and I’m super excited about it. Jade walked me thru everything…since there were so many amazing mats to choose from (Rainbow/Tao/Taj), I didn’t know which one to choose. Jade took her time to explain the benefits of each mat and helped me figure out which one would be best for me and my clients. I am so grateful for her expertise and guidance. Every time I got off the phone with her, I was just always in a good mood. Haha, it must be the mats she’s using herself. She spoke to me with much care and professionalism. Customer service was top notch…makes me want to purchase more goodies from Healthyline. Not sure why people are having issues with getting help. Ask for Jade if you need help (sorry Jade?). She always got back to me via email and phone in a timely manner…usually same day or next day. Forever grateful, Jeanie

GBWe love these mats (in this case We love these mats (in this case, the Amethyst Medium pad ... less inflammation, hardly any sinus issues which also means no migraines. Customer service: out of the 2 mats, one didn't work properly. The company first sent a new controller, which didn't fix the problem. They then sent a paid return address label and once in the mail, sent me a new mat - which works perfectly!

GBAmazing combination of healing crystals and more I purchased the PEMF Inframat Pro® Rainbow Mat with Chakra Symbols and have loved it way more than I expected. I found HealthlyLine while I was researching how to make my own chakra stone filled far-infrared mat with magnets similiar to the technique found in "The Emotion Code" book. I have referred several people to purchase this mat. It has helped me in more ways than I can express. I plan to use this along with other healing modalities that I currently do.
