There is no customer service There is no customer service. Ask me does not appear to be active because everytime I try and use it, it says it’s offline. Shipping dates are unrealistic, promise UPS and instead get USPS. I would like to discuss the problem with my order, but that does not appear to be an option.

It’s been well over a week now since I… I am only editing because I finally got the herb and it was pretty cool. Nothing crazy. Just some good tasting mellow herb for sleep. If the shipping would have been easier. I would have given a 5star. It’s been well over a week now since I ordered some flower. The first 3 days passed with no sort of update on the shipment. 3 more days have passed since getting a hold of someone and still, hardly any updates from the company or USPS. I thought I would try them out seeing that there was a fulfillment center in my area, not knowing that the dang shipment was coming from freaking Chicago. I am tired of waiting and I really want my money back. At this point, I don’t think I am getting my shipment. And if I do get it at some point I don’t even want to send it back and wait another 2 weeks to see if they get the shipment back to get a dang refund. I am never ordering from here again.
