Once I told her what procedure I was interested in she sourced a few different options for me and then set up a FaceTime meeting with the doctor to go through everything. She also assisted with us finding accommodation. This process has been extremely easy and I highly recommend PlacidWay to anyone requiring travel for a medical procedure etc. In two weeks I fly to Thailand for Stem Cell Therapy and I’m so excited that this is really happening!!

Communication They are so annoying! Constantly emailing and calling after you’ve figured out what you want. Very annoying and hard to communicate to clinics.

Very poor & unprofessional service Very poor service. They charge you unfair extra professional fees. In website mentions that they help people save money but in reality, it was just fancy words. They are doing broker work. If the medical service center quoted you $100, they are charging you $150 and that's how this business works. There's a female/male agent there in the philippines (I think her name ariannne), if she contacts you for your inquiry, please be cautious because she is a scammer. She shares higher quotations even though the doctor wasn't aware they charged that much amount of money. Once you paid the advance that agent not answering your calls/emails/ sms.

Wonderful experience Wonderful experience. I had breast implants in Mexico in July, and Alicia from placid way helped me by suggesting the best medical center. I was extremely satisfied when I saw the clinic, doctor and complete medical team. Since I wasn't a domestic, and this was a first time taking any procedure abroad, I had a lot of concerns about the surgery. Doctor and nurses were so nice and carying, and all of them spoke English which was really important. Alicia also called me before and after the procedure which meant the world to me. I had a little bit problem with surgery date after consultation with the doctor, but when I told Alicia that they told me it will be postponed for the next day, I assume she made a call since nurse informed me that the surgery will be performed in two hours. I'm pleasantly surprised and looking forward to my tummy tuck.
