Customer service could also be better. They could be more friendly and proffesional. Somethimes delivery was a bit slow. Probably they could do better. Overall, it's an ok site but there is lott of room for improvement. Al in all, it kinda mets expectations.

All in all, my experience with the company wasn't bad but I wasn't overly impressed either. The pricing was competitve and fair considering the marcket avarage. The shipping was speedy enough, would hav prefered it to be a bit quicker but still recieved my orfer on time. Everything was well packed and in good condition. My overall opinion about BesoundCBD.com is that its an OK company.

I ordred sumthing there eith no problem, but I had to pay extra for the taxes. They also had long delivery times and it was kind of a hassle, but othr than that there wer no major issues. Service was ok and quality was what I expected. I don't think I'll order again from them because there's many othrs out there.
