My first watsu My first watsu ever, over 20 years ago, was with Gary Jaeger. It was absolutely amazing, and it inspired me to become a watsu practitioner myself! At the time of my first watsu session however, I was going through a difficult divorce, had small children, and was new to Seattle. It helped so much with the stress of all those things, and in so many more ways. It's a very inward experience, which inspires learning to trust and let go, and also leads to revelations about yourself and your path. Since that first session, I have had many more.
