They have preyed on vulnerable women like us who are already spending a fortune to be called a mum. Shame on Gyna. Please contact me to pursue legal action for our money back. Miscarriage - Refused refund UPDATE - Gyna reached out but once again did not reply and no refund. Gyna charged me right in the middle of a miscarriage. As soon as the charge went out, I emailed to ask for a refund, stating my reasons, but they have now sadly ignored 4 emails. I explained that I had followed the guidance on Gyna, but that I had still suffered a third miscarriage at 9 weeks and would no longer be trying to concieve. They have sadly kept £119, and ignored all communication. This is not a company that cares about women. I am in the deepest grief and feel utterly helpless.
