LOVE BAGBY! I have been using Bagby clocks for several years. I love their products. I love their kind and responsive customer service. I love being able to have a tech-free bedroom and sleep experience. I am so grateful to Bagby and their products!

OOF. Stay Far Away OOF. I am in the process of having a terrible time with their customer service. A flimsy product is one thing; a broken product is quite another. Their concept is wonderful, but the execution is lacking in multiple manners. Just look at their "refunds" page and you can tell you should stay far away. No company that stands by their products nickle-and-dime with refund and return requests like the clearly do. $5 here, $12 there, a random $3 for good measure. I recommend finding a different company for your needs.

Bagby alarm clock - a winner! This is the first product that I have purchased from Bagby and it is absolutely top notch quality. It was worked perfectly, looks very nice in the room and the people who are available to answer questions are professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend this company.
