I did not notice the substantial… I did not notice the substantial difference with the total of volume output of an ejaculation. I did read the instructions on how to take these supplements and I followed them to a "T". From drinking plenty of fluids mainly water to eat in a high protein diet, and cutting out other junk foods. The amount of volume in my opinion is not worth this type of an investment the only notice I did see was that my output was a little thicker than normal, but not by any means greater volume.
