Communication was satisfactory - they responded promptly to inquiries, however they could have been more forthcoming with information about their offerings. Their website was fairly basic but user-friendly enough. I can't say their service was outstanding, but I can said it was sufficient. Prices weren't shockingly expensive which was nice, but they weren't overly competitive either. All in all, it wasn't an inspring experience, however, it was mediocore.
