I highly recommend this retreat I highly recommend this retreat to anyone feeling stuck in their lives with their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. The providers were extremely well trained and supportive and created a very safe environment where I felt very well cared for. They had a really great grasp on the traditional teachings and had my back at all times to listen if I had things to share, answer any questions, and even prepared all my food for me the entire week so I could just focus on my process. It’s now close to four months after the retreat and I can say that it greatly benefitted me and was life changing. They said to give it 6 months to go through the process of fully absorbing and integrating all the work we did and then see where you are at. I am quickly approaching that and have seen some powerful changes in my life. I’m very grateful to the providers and to have this opportunity as it was profoundly transformative and meaningful.

Heal yourself and you heal the world If you are looking to heal the past and live in the present... if you are ready to love yourself and the world... if you are looking to reset your life and live on your own terms... There are many things this retreat will give you. In short, it will heal you completely if you are ready. I cannot say enough good things about Taylor and Sam. They believe in the work 100 percent (because they've seen it work). They were there for me 100 percent 24 hours a day for the entire week and are still there for me helping me with integrating into this new life. They are lovely and incredible human beings and amazing cooks! They work very hard to provide a comfortable and trusting and loving space so there are no distractions to your healing. The main thing you have the opportunity to gain from this retreat is to reconnect with your own soul/heart/intuition. I had lost a clear connection to that inner voice. Once that is established, you absolutely know 100 percent what to do in every situation you will ever encounter. Fear? Gone. Anxiety? Gone. Pain? Gone. Depression? Gone. Self hate? Gone. Guilt? Gone. Etc. In comes love, confidence, strength, and purpose.... One thing I would like to touch on is the $. I stand by this 100 percent. If you are ready to heal yourself once and for all. This is worth every penny. The value in all this is truly priceless. I have never seen anything that was so efficient in its purpose. I am now a month removed from my retreat. I have struggled with crippling anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low self worth, guilt, low confidence, violent trauma, etc and I can say I am completely healed. A lifetime of all that mess is done. Gone with the wind. I am living day to day with confidence, purpose, and love. The revolution starts with you.
