Prices were okay and the staff was friendly. It took a bit more time than I expected for my order to arrive. The app gave plenty of instruction on how to correctly test and upload the results. As somebody who doesn't often seek out help to improve my diet I was interested to see they offer support in that area. I haven't utilized this feature yet but it looks like an extremely valuable part of the subscription.
