So I live in the US and I only buy… So I live in the US and I only buy skincare from here for context. All products I’ve bought were always excellent!!! Shipping is always reliable and comes early sometimes. Pricing for products and shipping are inexpensive and within reason- but high quality. I love shopping with them and will continue to :)

I had some good and bad experiences… I had some good and bad experiences with YesStyle so far but the costumer service always helps out. Once a package got sent back and I had to wait 4 months to get it. Another time something arrived with a hole in it but they rearranged shipping. I haven’t gotten the item again yet but I‘m happy with the other stuff I have so I’ll keep ordering even though there are some issues.

No information about my order Placed my order about 3 weeks ago and nothing happened so far. I received a tracking number but there is no use to it as it does not update at all. Even PostNL itself does not find any tracking information on this number. I was prepared for a delayed delivery due to the current situation… but not getting any information at all? Makes me worry if my order will ever arrive or if it just got lost somewhere.
