USI had an oridinary experience with… I had an oridinary experience with montcochiro.com. They were almost good, but somethings could have been better. There was a slight delay in getting things done, but not too major that we had to worry about. Communication is something that still needs some work. I think there's still more to be done but overall, it's a good service. Somone should look into making improvements in order to make it even better.

USI had an ordiniry experience with… I had an ordiniry experience with Montcochiro. The service they provdied was almost good. The ebsite was easy to navigate. I didn't have a problem communicatinf with their customer service team. Thye were helpful and kinnd. The pricing was fair and resonale. However, they weren't totally on top of thier time management. Ocerall, I think Montcochiro is an above average company with room for some improvement.

USDoctor A.Conrad was wonderful with my… Doctor A.Conrad was wonderful with my lower back. He listened to my concerns, and addressed them. Takes Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.His office staff is top tier, Jen at the front desk is helpful. Highly recommend!

USI was looking for a Gonstead… I was looking for a Gonstead Chiropractor, since that has previously helped my shoulder pain. Also, I needed one that accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I found Dr Conrad, and scheduled an appointment. The availability of the office hours were terrific. Additionally, upon entering I was very pleased to see the precautions being taken due to Covid. Dr Conrad and his team did an excellent job diagnosing, and setting expectations as well as a realistic time frame. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great chiropractor, especially one specializing in Gonstead.
