Unreliable I ordered eye ointment that nowhere stated on this site that it was on back order In calling the man that answered the phone said it would be in last week The issue is that they took my money from my credit card as if the drops had shipped when they had not To date the product is still not in When I called back AGAIN the same man thought it was funny when I asked for my money back on my card I have no eye medicine and I am out $33. Because now he won’t answer the phone when he sees my number Next I will call BBB The only reason I gave it a “1” score is that TrustPilot requires you put something in that field
