NGGood product that automates review collections I worked with TrustLoop about two months ago. They halped with a "set it and forget it" product which is actually great cause i hated actively reaching out to customers for ratings not knowing whether they would be positive or negative ratings. The tool helped to remove negative ratings by keeping them private thereby making the positive ones public. I really enjoyed using their tool.

GBGreat company- Works well with lot's of potential I was looking for something to help my company capture more reviews then i came across trustloop few months ago. So far, so good, we've been able to double our ratings in the first month and captured feedback privately from a few customers that had some good input. Though there are few features missing but support has been great, and they (trustloop) even showed us the designs they are working on to build (showcasing retings, email). I love the experience so far.
