My ordinrary experience with… My ordinrary experience with Masterfitinc has been fair. Nothing impressive but not disspointing either. Therir products are decent with moderate prices. I wuld say, their services are averge. It takes usual amount of time to hear back from them via email. Masterfitinc doesn't have anymone special, but they are not bad nither. Overal their perfomance can be desccribed as mediocare. I would reccomend them to somebody who is budget concisin.

Zapz insoles - great product! The directions to customize the Zapz insoles was excellent. No trouble at all in making a custom insole for my daughter's ski racing ski boots. Excellent price for the product and the Zapz are long lasting. My son put Zapz in his ski boots when he was ski racing in college and still uses the same insoles today. His Zaps are at least 10 years old with many hundreds of hard days of skiing on them. Great product!

They offer a wide range of products, but none of them stand out and make them standout from the compitition. Processing of orders is average, satisfactory but not outstanding. Customer service is also avarage, with most reps being friendly but not neccesarily helpful. Payment methods are good and accepted without an issue, which is convienient. To summarise, it's a aveage experience and does what it does competently with little expectations surpassed.
