I feel the wording needs a review and possibly rewritten to avoid any confusion to consumers in the future. I've never had any cumpolsory problems with any of my purchases, but I can't say I was overly impresed with the customer service I recevied. All in all, mediocre at best. The pricing was fair but could be improvd. The procesdure was prety simple and straight-forwrd. All in all, an avarage experience.
