My esthetician responds promptly to my messages, I can send pictures of my skin to get reviews, and I was able to create a skincare routine that is very doable. The representatives have been very kind and I don't regret paying for these services.

The procedure starts with a professional questionnaire. I can tell the questions are designed carefully. At the end, four pictures about my skin condition are asked. Then the team assigned me an skin care expert. The solution is well written in pdf with comments of my current routine and suggestions. She introduced Retino to my case to smooth the black heads and acne. I applied it for a month and the effect is obvious.
