I didn't get much help from the stuff either who seems not to understand or may be not care about the situation. I am in need of Vitamin D, so now I will just order from somewhere else because I don't know if or when I will receive my order. After almost 2 weeks there no updates

Despite claiming a team of 3-5 workers, the majority of the job was handled by the husband, and additional help was only brought in towards the end. The contract, signed four weeks before the work began, included a £3000 deposit, but within a week, an additional £4000 was requested, leading to a significant slowdown in progress. Verbal agreements made regarding specific details were later denied, and the business owner, a woman, often either forgot or claimed certain aspects were never discussed. Despite the initial promise of a 5-year guarantee, legal issues cropped up during the job, resulting in a reduction to only 6 months. This critical information was not added to the contract. The signed contract appears to be one-sided, favoring the contractor without adequate provisions for customer protection. The overall conduct of the business is deemed unprofessional, and once the contract is signed, clients may feel entrapped, resembling a potential scam.

Viva Naturals has great service… Viva Naturals has great service overall, my only complaints are related to pricing and availability. The prices sometimes change, and the products are sometimes available elsewhere for slightly less. But the worst problem is that items I use every day are sometimes unavailable or even discontinued! I love their products so much that I get a little upset when I can't get them, or can't find them at an affordable price.

Best of the best. There is no better MCT Powder on the market. I had to try another brand when Viva Naturals was not available, no comparison. So glad that through the website I'm able to order auto-ship. I really do believe that I look forward to my morning cup of coffee and my last cup of tea at night because of this powder.
