Need a response to my e-mail about missing item in order The item that came is wonderful. I like it very much and it came quickly. I e-mailed day before yesterday about the missing item and have heard nothing. Fortunately I have a customer service number and will follow up that way. It's just a point of aggravation in my already busy schedule. I expect they will make it right eventually, if I can get hold of them. If you use them and there is something wrong, just remember they they don't answer e-mail.

I have looked through dozens of the beauty items and finally found just what I was looking for. I knew someone made it and I found you. You see, I wear a pacemaker and I'm 67 years old.
