Good service, better than good products. Prompt response(they are out weekends)during business hours. Just don't expect your order to go through late at night and weekends. You do get an auto-reply though acknowledging your order. The quality of their supplements are higher than the drugstore generic brands. You do get what you pay for. Shipping is fast.

Replacement One bottle sent to me was damaged (melted and pills stuck together) by the sun (live in Tucson AZ and the day it was delivered (into a metal post office box) the temp was 104 degrees. And I could not get to it until late afternoon. I called your rep the next day, and she was so kind and understanding - and without my even asking, mailed me a replacement.
