USNot recommended, automated dispute system failure Not recommended. I had evidence that wasn't able to submit because their automated dispute system fired up without asking for details. The worst part is that the reason submitted by Chargeflow, didn't have anything to do with the dispute, and the Terms and conditions, referred in the dispute, were outdated from the previous year. I had contract signed, credit card authorizaiton signed, servers logs, software licences, etc. None of this was in the dispute.

USWish I had more positive things to say… Wish I had more positive things to say but I don't. Support is useless. Slaps you with a fat invoice, no explanation, and then when you don't pay threaten to send you to collections. Not sure how they are allowed to operate but I will be charging these guys back. How ironic. Stay away. Check out disputifier or any of the other Shopify apps.

USI was paying $40 per chargeback alert… I was paying $40 per chargeback alert and it did absolutely NOTHING. My monthly bill was like $4K per month and they won't refund me. I can't believe there are companies out there like this.
