AUFive Star Customer Service This company has the best customer service I have come across in recent years. My order arrived in my hometown but apparently was severely damaged by the courier and not able to be delivered. I contacted Bubbly Belle and they instantly checked the tracking and have now reissued the order to me. THANK YOU! Looking forward to getting my Bath Bombs soon.

CACharged - No Product Edit: So it was a system error and their customer service is assisting me once more as of this review -- I was charged $87 for a shipment that never arrived. I see the charge in my bank account. BubblyBelle sends me an email saying my order has not been completed and I still need to pay. So I reach out to customer service inquiring. I was told the email was a system error and to disregard. I follow up requesting a confirmation number - or at the very least a tracking number for my order. No response. No product either. Please give me my money back.

GBDaughter Collection=Five plus Stars My special needs daughter loves these, she's got quite a collection of them. Been a customer of Bubbly Belle for years and thoroughly enjoy how their products make my daughter happy. Fingers crossed that she gets a yellow one, so I can sneak wear it Haha ❤

GBI am a first time customer I am a first time customer. When my package arrived an item was missing. I contacted customer service after hours,not expecting to hear from them until the next day. Not only did they answer me within minutes but resolved the issue right then. Excellent customer service! The bonus was the amazing bath bomb after. I am ordering again right now!!
