I had an ordinarie exparrience with… I had an ordinarie exparrience with Coastal Scents. Everything was done in an averarge way. They had a decent amount of produts. Prices were tolerable but not cheap. The customer service was alright but they lacked some basic customer service skills. Shipping was also of averarge quality, but the delivery times were okay. All in all, it was Alright, but nothing special. Not bad, justAverarge.

Fakeout Fakeout? Great products and customer service, but the "list price" vs "our price" thing is sleazy. Why post a fake, inflated price at all? That's the only reason my rating for this site is 4 stars instead of 5.

Horrible costumer service Their products are pretty good for the price however, I had 4 different answers to my questions from 4 different costumer service people including Emma, the manager. This is one of the worst companies to deal with if you have any issues with your orders.

Coastal scents is a great brand some… Coastal scents is a great brand some of the best shadows I have ever used and the prices are very affordable. compared to hight end brand coastal in always go for my coastal scents shadow the singles are my face since I can pick out what I want and nothing goes to waste

Customer service here is horrible Customer service here is horrible! I ordered my items on November 23 and I have yet to receive any shipping information from them. I swear this is the last time on going to order from them! I've reached out to their customer service via email and all I've gotten was an automated response!
