USBeware Beware. DO NOT GO TO Rebalance NYC. They mislead you by referring to the nurse practitioner/owner, Natalya Fazylova, as a doctor. (After researching and reading her bio, I realized she is not an MD). Natalya provided me with a plastic surgery consult as if she were a plastic surgeon. And when I requested to see an actual MD, they sent in their chiropractor to give me a plastic surgery consultation and lead me to believe he was an experienced surgeon. Because of this, I decided not to do the surgery. But I did pay for laser hair removal treatments. The office decor and environment was very nice so I assumed their equipment would be adequate and there would be little to no risk by getting the laser hair removal treatments. But I was so wrong. Their laser hair removal machines are old and outdated. I have burns throughout my treatment area. A lot of the burning could have been avoided by applying enough jelly to the treatment area. Instead of apply more jelly to my different treatment areas, they would collect the jelly from one area and reapplied it to the next area. The cost of the laser treatments was over priced, but they preferred to burn my skin and save jelly than to apply more jelly. Furthermore, the receptionist Julia was very unpleasant. Overall, I had a horrible experience. Even though a paid in full for the laser treatment package, I could not continue due to the severe burns to my skin. I'm looking into filing a formal complaint against Natalya Fazylova for falsely presenting herself as a MD.

USWould recommend! They are very organized with patients, always call to ensure you’re doing well after the procedure, and work with clients to make sure that they get the results they desire. Would recommend!
