No customer service response...difficulty opening vials The vials are very hard to open. I tried to contact customer service several times with absolutely no response. Finally kept yanking on the top til it came off but I was afraid I would break the tube. Anyway, not happy with customer service response but haven't tried the product yet.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with shopollois.com. Nothing stood out as particlurly memorable, they were just avarage. The website was alright, not much to complin about there. Prices were kinda high considering the quaility, but you don't find much bargan shopping here. Customer servise was OK, but if you have a nronx issue then you might be in for a bit of an effort to get it solved. So all in all I would say a avarage experience. Couldn't really recommend it.
