CANo communication from the company that… No communication from the company that product was shipped. It was going to my parents house and didn’t realize it had been received. In terms of the product my dad has neuropathy and he says that he is not able to feel the vibration on his feet. The product is advertised to help with neuropathy.

GBDisappointed. Does not work at all. Will not turn on. Does not work at all after charging adequately. Will not be happy about returning if they will not accept to cover shipping charges to return. Their policy indicates they will not. I will post a further review once I speak to them to return and see if they deliver adequate customer service in cases like this.
