VibraThotics inserts for peripheral neuropathy I received my Vibrathotics inserts a week ago and have been using them every day for 4 hrs +/-. I bought them on the advice of my neurologist to try to stimulate the nerves in my feet, which suffer from peripheral neuropathy. At the highest vibration levels I do feel tingling in my feet and lower legs, so this is promising. It's too early to determine if these will help long term, but I will post a review in a few months with my results. The shipping took a while after my order, but I am happy with the insoles so far. I have a number of friends who are interested in these as they also have this problem. At high vibration the noise can be bothersome inside the house, so I use the high level outside (my wife says i can no longer sneak up on her, ha, ha).

Very friendly customer service. answered all my questions. Customer Service Representative was friendly and answered all my questions.

Disappointed. Does not work at all. Will not turn on. Does not work at all after charging adequately. Will not be happy about returning if they will not accept to cover shipping charges to return. Their policy indicates they will not. I will post a further review once I speak to them to return and see if they deliver adequate customer service in cases like this.
