GBFraud! My order sat for 2 weeks. After several phone calls and emails I finally contacted someone there to be told that my order has gone nowhere. And incredibly that they don't even have what they sold me. And that I would have to now buy something that's $400 more expensive. Complete fraud!!!

CAI am still waiting for my purchase after 5 weeks... My credit card was promptly charged on the day I have done the purchased on June 26th. I still have not received my purchase (July 30th), nor did I got a confirmation that it as been shipped. Just an email saying that it was "back-order" after I sent 2 emails to obtain a status update. I even paid a 10$ extra for fast shipping and nobody proposed me a reimbursement of that part. I am about to cancel my credit card purchase if I don't get news within the next 3 days.

CAFinally found what I wanted and was able to have it shipped to Canada! I've looked everywhere for the penguin chlorine dispenser and matching thermometer. Found lots of them but no one would ship to Canada until I found your site. Thank you so much!
