This company should not be in business This company should not be in business. They send the wrong filter and then you can’t reach them by phone because they don’t answer. They also don’t answer emails. I am filing a legal complaint

I ordered and received filters from… I ordered and received filters from this company and received the wrong filters. I am not looking for a refund. I just want the correct filters. I have left voice messages and emails and I do not get any reply. I am out hundreds of dollars and stuck with filters that I can’t use. I do not recommend using this company.

Poor Communications and lack of Service I ordered a filter from Poolfilters.biz and the filter arrived not as described. I contacted them several times about the issue and it took more than two weeks to get a reply. They finally sent a call tag for the incorrect item and credited my account accordingly. I tried again to purchase the correct filter from them but wanted them to verify that the item would ship correctly. However, after more than 6 attempts, phone calls and emails, to have them verity, they would not return my calls and have not for more than 3 weeks now. I'd stay clear of this company. If you have a problem, good luck getting it resolved in a timely manner.
