Poor Communications and lack of Service I ordered a filter from Poolfilters.biz and the filter arrived not as described. I contacted them several times about the issue and it took more than two weeks to get a reply. They finally sent a call tag for the incorrect item and credited my account accordingly. I tried again to purchase the correct filter from them but wanted them to verify that the item would ship correctly. However, after more than 6 attempts, phone calls and emails, to have them verity, they would not return my calls and have not for more than 3 weeks now. I'd stay clear of this company. If you have a problem, good luck getting it resolved in a timely manner.

Thank you for offering top-class services I was sick and tired of constantly battling with dirty pool water. Then I realized that there was a problem with my pool filter cartridge.
