Jeff Waite is rude and undermining Jeff Waite is rude and undermining. I had purchased a product and thought I was getting same-day delivery, but it was actually just going to be shipped the same day that I placed the order. I tried to get refunded the $15.70 that I spent, as I would not have added the shipment fee had I known that I was going to obtain the product 3 days later. I left a voicemail with Jeff and he responded via email. He also left a second number that I left a voicemail with. He did not take the time to listen to my concerns and instead chose to be disrespectful and condescending. Please do better.
