GBI still haven’t received my box I still haven’t received my box. It’s been almost a month. *reply* I placed my order on 9/6. I understand that you ship once a month. I read anything and everything I can before I give someone my money. Maybe your company should consider sending boxes earlier in the month so that your customers have a chance to look at their boxes before they have to make selections for the next month. I know this would be beneficial for me personally. I’m sure others would agree.

GBMy box shipped out from 2 hours away … My box shipped out from 2 hours away from me and it took 8 days to get here. Also, after all of the excitment when i did get my box it was full of things I would not use. I am even missing one of the things that I picked to me in my box. The only thing I will use would be the salve which is one if the 2 items I picked but the only one i got. If it were possible to send the box back for even half a refund I would as its useless to me. I am just extremely disappointed.

GBRecipient didn't receive her boxes I ordered a mystery box and a 3 box gift subscription for a friend, and she has only received 1 of the 4 total boxes so far. Not sure what happened during the first month when the mystery box and box 1 are supposed to go out together- as in why only 1 box got to her & not the other despite the tracking info showing up as "delivered". Furthermore, last month's box was never even delivered to her, it's been sitting with DHL for 2 weeks, and had I not thought to double check myself (since I hadn't heard anything from my friend), I wouldn't even known because I received no updates or questions or information from Egocentricmom or DHL or anyone.
