This box was ok for me This box was ok for me. The onesie was adorable and I'm grateful that ecocentric mom sent a supplemental e-mail asking if we needed a different size. I understand that the value of the onesie was high and so took up a lot of the value of the box, but the additional samples were not useful for me. They were very small and basically things that I won't use. That being said, I do generally really appreciate this sub and the fact that it gives me opportunities to try out eco friendly products. I also appreciate the ease of this subscription and the great customer service.

Recipient didn't receive her boxes I ordered a mystery box and a 3 box gift subscription for a friend, and she has only received 1 of the 4 total boxes so far. Not sure what happened during the first month when the mystery box and box 1 are supposed to go out together- as in why only 1 box got to her & not the other despite the tracking info showing up as "delivered". Furthermore, last month's box was never even delivered to her, it's been sitting with DHL for 2 weeks, and had I not thought to double check myself (since I hadn't heard anything from my friend), I wouldn't even known because I received no updates or questions or information from Egocentricmom or DHL or anyone.

I still haven’t received my box I still haven’t received my box. It’s been almost a month. *reply* I placed my order on 9/6. I understand that you ship once a month. I read anything and everything I can before I give someone my money. Maybe your company should consider sending boxes earlier in the month so that your customers have a chance to look at their boxes before they have to make selections for the next month. I know this would be beneficial for me personally. I’m sure others would agree.
