Im very angry stole my money… Im very angry as i kindly waited and wrote them sent several messages and no response im missing months March 2021 and April 2021 they stole my money and continue to withdraw out my account, now im gonna have to cancel that. They even read my message on Instagram and didnt reply. Im very upset they stole my money and didnt reply to my messages and never shipped my subscription im missing two months.

Scam never recieved anything Well after reading other recent reviews, I am thankful I only signed up for 1 month. Though i signed up for both lip monthly and lip monthly plus. Both never arrived, customer service simply sends out auto replies and never actually does anything as far as helping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 40$ down the drain

They are a complete scam ..I have tried… They are a complete scam ..I have tried and tried to cancel them for over a year now .they somehow keep taking money out of my account and I have not received anything I have tried to email and I have gotten no response. I have tried to log in and of course I can't ...how can I file against them,this is ridiculous

I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and… I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and August 2021. I never received these products. I made quite a few emails to lip monthly. To no avail. It's always the same thing, we will look into this matter, or we will send a note to shipping. Still haven't received the products. So frustrating that lip monthly advertises for new customers when the can't even take care of existing customers. No sense ordering from them. You're wasting your money. Worst subscription ever!!!!

Unfulfilled Boxes Since November 2021 I signed up for Lipmonthly in November 2021 during their black Friday sale. A full month went by and I still had not received a product. I contacted their customer service who stated that COVID-19 has caused some shortages but rest assured they would ship my box soon. After January 2022, I canceled the subscription and ensured that both of the boxes were still processing. They assured me once more that they would ship soon. However, it is now November 2022, my boxes still say processing/unfulfilled and I haven't received any products. I have reached out to their automated chat . . .aka LM's customer service . . . to no response. Now I am not only out the money but the products, even though my boxes state they are unfulfilled.
