They said my package and payment was being processed and will be shipped within two days. I have no tracking number and my order is still on hold and they got the full payment of 242.00. SCAM!!! DO NOT USE!!! SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! Took my money over 30 days ago & nothing. Left voicemails. Asked online bot lady. Sent texts. Sent emails. Nothing. After closer look, I’m the idiot for not noticing they are obviously in Britain: spell “center” as “centre”. Phone number reads as “1+(...)” which is how European phone numbers work and they use military time as opposed to AM/PM time. Got response from voicemail asking if I wanted to complete order. Said I did complete order but did it ship out? They answered “yes” & that’s last I heard. Shame on them for scamming people looking for pain relief and in particular at this time of a Pandemic is disgusting.
