CAEasy and Fast It took me a little time to figure out the parts I needed but once confirmed, placing the order was easy and the parts arrived in a few days. I called to get the nozzle size of the jets but wasn't able to get that confirmed. Would now like to order an additional nozzle but can't justify the $29.95 delivery charge based on the cost of the part. A lower cost mail service to Canada would be great. Overall a good experience.

AUGood service I was very satisfied with buying from Infloorpoolparts. Theie webiste was understandable, my order was placed without confusion, confirmed then despatched and received in a few days (all very good in that I was continents away). The equipment was well packaged, clean and with clear instructions. Most importantly it works.

GBgood customer service, not so good on in-stock notifications Just make sure it's in stock. Needed parts asap. Placed order and luckily was too cheap to pay for expedited delivery as the parts were not in stock to ship for several days anyway. Would have been really upset had i paid for the outrageous next day or two day shipping only to learn that i could have used ground and gotten them just as quick. Maybe they refund you in that situation but they need to notify you that stuff's not in stock before placing order.

GBAwful Awful Awful Well, I was desperate for a pool part and didn't look at reviews. Awful, Awful, Awful. Website says shipping within 48 "business hours", which I took to mean 6 business days - a little over a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, even after multiple emails and phone calls there is no response and no product. I will dispute the charge and move on. Lesson learned. Beware - they also go under the names PoolVacParts.com and AZ Pool Supplies.
