AUrecent purchase i purchased an in floor part module about 2 months ago, we had it for a month then it jammed up, the spring has broken or something . I have tried to contact you now three times via email and nothing has been responded to. its really hard when we live in Australia and I would appreciate a reply asap as my pool cleaning is non existent now .

GBHad the right parts and the right price. I live in the same city so I was going to stop and pick my order up when it was ready. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days then called. It had been ready the day after I ordered but they didn't let me know.

FRRubber band broken Although rubber band was broken on shipment and parts went all over the place. I received very quickly help from InFloorPoolParts and was able to change my faulty mechanism on diffaclean!

CAEasy and Fast It took me a little time to figure out the parts I needed but once confirmed, placing the order was easy and the parts arrived in a few days. I called to get the nozzle size of the jets but wasn't able to get that confirmed. Would now like to order an additional nozzle but can't justify the $29.95 delivery charge based on the cost of the part. A lower cost mail service to Canada would be great. Overall a good experience.
