It was a good experience!! It was a good experience mostly. I liked the QR code for shipping because I didn't have to print anything. I didn't give five stars because they sent me an email stating they sent payment but I didn't receive my payment until I emailed them back the next day stating I didn't receive it. I think they might be testing to see if people will notice. CORRECTION: This mistake was explained to my satisfaction. I've decided they deserve 5 stars.

Simple and trustworthy process Simple and trustworthy process! All I had to do was make sure my information was wiped-use the premade shipping label-and send it off! Was communicated with about the status of my order-and immediately received my payment of choice (venmo) after they sent a picture of my device at their warehouse. Would do again!! Got my old iphone 11 off my hands.
