It was a good experience!! It was a good experience mostly. I liked the QR code for shipping because I didn't have to print anything. I didn't give five stars because they sent me an email stating they sent payment but I didn't receive my payment until I emailed them back the next day stating I didn't receive it. I think they might be testing to see if people will notice. CORRECTION: This mistake was explained to my satisfaction. I've decided they deserve 5 stars.

Such an easy and quick process Such an easy and quick process! One of my Apple AirPods Pro’s had a static, and wasn’t covered by Apple warranty. Ended up getting new ones, but wanted the old ones to have a chance of getting refurbished. Printed out Sell my Cell’s ship prepaid shipping label, mailed my AirPods, and in a few days received a fair payment. Highly recommend!
