Dishonest. Don't use them.… I sent my 2nd Gen Iphone to Gadget Gone to resell at the maximum amount (about $125+) I could sell it for, as it was in mint condition. They wrote back that they will give me $23 for it as it had a deep scratch in it. This was impossible since I sent it to them in an Apple hard stiff box that Apple sends out their new phones in. It was in perfect, mint condition. They are being dishonest. Don't use them. I only hope they send me back MY PHONE, the one I sent to them.

Great experience! After reading reviews of various companies that buy back phones, I was very nervous to use one for fear they'd receive my devices then try to low ball me or claim damage that wasn't there. Gadget Gone was fantastic and I am so glad I chose to go with them. I sold them two iPhone 12 Pros and they were fast to process the transaction and gave me more than the original quote when they found one phone to be in better shape than I had indicated.
