You are difficult to get ahold of to… You are difficult to get ahold of to ask questions or any progress reports. This ended up to be a 2 month process. Difficult to not have a fully functional refrigerator / freezer for that time period. In the end, the unit was replaced by GE

Epicprotect Is Terrible Epicprotect, or centricity now, are a total sham. I was sold a television with an extended warranty by them. The TV went bad and after a month of calling them every two days, they finally told me that they don't cover the vendor that sold the TV so I would have to talk to them. I provided them an invoice that shows the coverage provided by EpicProtect, which they said was valid, yet are still denying me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will do all that I can to get them to honor this. I will never buy anything with their name on it again. EDIT: Someone is guilty of fraud and theft here. I was informed by Centricity that their legal team is looking into it as well. It seems the seller attached EpicProtect protection to the TV without actually paying for it. I am trying to contact AVNation in Hollywood FL. but so far they wont respond. I will be going to Amazon resolution as well.

We had a terrible experience with our… We had a terrible experience with our dishwasher andthe service man could not fix it. It has taken a long time to get this taken care of and abraham was not helpful but we got back in touch with tory today and it is being replaced. We appreciate herf for what she did to help us for our dishwasher. we will get another warranty through you again. Deb

Not really I really have not had to use your services yet, so going on my gut that if I need your services at some point down the road you guys will do a supper job.

Recent purchase of two appliances I thought this was about the extended/warranty service on my recent appliances. I don't know how I can really rate it, since I haven't had any issues for you to resolve. My appliances (a gas stovetop and a dishwasher) were properly installed and are working just fine so far. The stovetop did have to be re-ordered because the installer found scratches on it when he inspected it prior to delivery, but it never made it to my house and I did not see it in person before declining to accept it. For what I paid, I expected it to be in good condition. It came a few weeks later than the dishwasher, but so what. I am happy with the work done and the products I chose are working wonderfully well to date.
