USDoesn't work with Pixel Phones; Rokid won't post my bad reviews Rokid never was mentioned in the pre-sale that these are not compatible with Pixel phones, so I spent $500+ on a paperweight. Worst purchase ever, and Rokid's customer support never acknowledged my request for a refund. They just kept sending me to instruction manuals I followed exactly and it still didn't connect. To make things worse, this isn't even wireless like they present on websites. It has to be wired to your phone. False advertising for sure. But the worse part is that I have submitted several 1 star reviews on their website and they will not post them. I won't be surprised if this review doesn't post either, as they actively want to hide these shortcomings from potential buyers. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT purchase these!

USA simple mistep really impairs this product Make no mistake, this is a NEARLY perfect product. Overall, I'm very happy with it, BUT it comes with one major caveat: You can't adjust the viewing angle. What this means specifically is that without the ability to independently tilt/adjust the pitch of the viewing area, the screen can be cut off from sight (in my case, the bottom portion). This is very unfortunate and seems like a no-brainer, but here we are. One the arms are set on your ears and the nosepieces are in place, the viewing area is locked in place. A simple adjustment hinge or similar mechanic would easily alleviate this because not everyone's faces and heads are identical in geometry. It's my hope that the manufacturer might recall these glasses and fix them...or maybe devise an add-on piece that can address this issue. Minimally, this issue MUST be addressed for future incarnations of this product. Otherwise, these glasses work as described. The image is clear, the sound is decent (could be a little louder), and they're generally comfortable.

CARokid Max & HUB I made an earlier purchase of these products not realizing that my phone was not compatible. As soon as I realized I cancelled my order and was promptly refunded. I upgraded my phone to Samsung S20 FE which was compatible and re-ordered. Shipping was prompt. My main use is for watching 3D movies and I am completely satisfied. Use as a large screen monitor would require a blue tooth keyboard and mouse in my opinion. The HUB works as expected but unfortunately it does not fit if you use a protective case. This could be fixed if the usb conector could be made adjustable so it could be slid forward.

CHThese are not external monitor/VR/AR glasses These are not VR/AR glasses, these are not an external monitor. That may explain it, but I really looked for something like a big external monitor on the go. No way. I've never been a big fan of 3D, but for me that's the only niche for these glasses. I'd suggest to read reviews very carefully, especially on nerd sites like reddit before a purchase. I wish I'd done that.

TWRokid Station Experience 1. Purchase experience: My experience was not good, because I had pre-ordered the Rokid Station in early stage but Rokid did not keep their promise on time shpping , very disappointed with it. 2. User experience about Rokid Station: Most function are ok especially the product design, easy to use. The most disappoint with Rokid Station is no Netflix supported, that's a big big defect of this product, although Rokid said they are trying their best working on it, but past 6 month there is no progress on it. So I don't have any expectation bout it now. Summary: I would not recommend anyone to buy Rokid Station at present until the Netflix can be supported.
