GBJust to get your money… scam! They came and charged $85 and said that my dishwasher was very very bad (I got less than 2 years ago)… to fix it, they charged $287 to replace some pieces. My friend who does not understand that much came, reset the machine watching a youtube video and it’s working again. SCAM!!

He was professional, educated, and friendly. I had tried other repair companies with no success. Rashad knew instantly what needed to be done. Thank you, UltraFix for hiring people like Rashad.

GBCalled to have two issues addressed Called to have two issues addressed. Two technician visits and ~$500 spent and neither issue is resolved. Do not recommend now nor in the future.

GBThey fixed the problem, but… They fixed the problem, and I’m thankful for that. However… they left water everywhere in the kitchen. Not only that, but the technician had a raunchy window sticker of a girl tied up, a no free rides sticker of two people having sex, and the phone wallpaper, that was left laying around for anyone to see, was a black and white photo of a woman posing in lingerie. I have 3 kids under 5 years old. I would rather not explain to them why his sticker was a woman is tied up. I expected, based on the outside looks of the company — their branding and webpage — that I was hiring thoughtful professionals. Again, they got the problem fixed but I won’t be hiring them again for the lack of awareness.

GBInefficient Service 1. Technician showed up on 4/4 without giving an ETA text as they promised they would do so. 2. Needed a part for the repair; ordered and received 50% payment before he left. 3. He informed repair will be done within 5 business days. Today is 4/10 (4th business days); no news from UltraFix. 4. I called and was told there was no part being ordered and no technician came to my home to diagnose any appliances! 5. I then provided invoice # for the 50% payment. The person on the phone suddenly was able to see my information! 6. Not sure if the part was actually ordered on 4/4 or 4/10 after I called. Conclusion: My first time using UltraFix after I called LG and was given contact. Will not use UltraFix anymore; going back to my usual good old Sears Repairs.
