The agent even briefly explained how to fix the problem, which was previously a mystery to me . I would make use of their services again because they saved me a lot of headaches.

The customer service rep and… The customer service rep and technicians were very patient and understanding as I had been hacked by a false Microsoft service company. They explained the steps clearly and as many times as I needed to feel safe - well done
