I called vonetel and they fixed my computer in less than 45 minutes just in time for my video conference. I will say that is not the cheapest, but it was worth it.

Hacker leads me to helpful and reasonable help Mathew was clear with what went wrong and was willing answer my questions. The rates he provided were reasonable and he helped me fumble through my limited tech knowledge and experience.
