I ran into an issue with my saber the night I received it so I emailed the site expecting not to hear back right away because it was late. The customer service was EXCELLENT and my order got here in no time at all, while keeping me updated. The saber itself feels very well, it’s got decent weight to it, just the right size for my hands, the sound is top tier, the brightness of the lights are astonishing, and the amount of customization in the saber sound fonts are absolutely amazing.
