GBAmazing Laser Machine I recently purchased a new REFOX Laser Machine for my repair business. I was watching videos for months before buying. It looked great and thought it would make repairs easier. When I received it I spent hours playing with it and amazed on how much easier it made iPhone back glass repairs. I definitely recommend it as the first machine for people to buy for their shops. Easy to learn and use. Came with the extra benefit of laser engraving items. Shipping was fast and the account rep Bonnie who stayed in communication with me during the order process was great. I will definitely buy again in the future. DEPatience might be needed for order updates, however, Rewa has finally contacted me to cancel my order I have placed an order on 10th of October. After successful payment, I saw in my order details the status "order placed". This status has not changed until today. As I needed to cancel the order, I have sent an email to Rewa on 13th of October. I did not receive any reply and the status has not changed in order details until 18th of October. Update: Rewa has now contacted me via WhatsApp & Email and the order was successfully cancelled.
